We accept returned up to 30 days from the date of Purchase. Any returned item must be unused,and in the same condition that it was received in. Please note, any personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless an error is made from us. In the unfortunate event your product arrives damaged or otherwise you must contact us within 2 days from receiving your order. Please email on www.sara-jane candles and for insurance purposes, please attach any photographs. This is so I can make any claims against the courier’s. Any return postage costs will be covered. Once we have received your damaged item we will happily replace or refund.
